Minor Requirements
To earn a minor in criminology and criminal justice, a student must make a grade of “C-” or better in a total of 12 semester hours in criminology and criminal justice:
- CCJ 2020 Introduction to Criminal Justice.
- Nine additional semester hours in criminology and criminal justice.
Note:
- CCJ 2020 (CCJ 1020) may be taken at the community college level prior to being admitted to Florida State University.
- Nine of the 12 total hours must be taken at FSU.
- Students may not take CCJ 4905r, Directed Individual Study to fulfill the minor.
- Students may not take CCJ 4933r, Seminar in Criminology to fulfill the minor.
- Students may not take CCJ 4938r, Special Topics in Criminology, to fulfill the minor.
